Welcome to the Eton Application Form for entry into the Sixth Form.
This process will allow you to register your son for Sixth Form Entry (fee-paying) or the Orwell Award.
Before beginning please ensure you have read our entry requirements carefully, particularly noting the date on which registrations close for each year. Please also have available for uploading a digital copy of your son’s unabridged birth certificate (the one which shows the parents’ details).
The first step is to ask you to enter your son’s date of birth below, so that we can check his year of entry and that registrations for that year are still open.
